Winchester: Best Restaurant in Winchester
I think The Black Rat is a great choice for lunch out at the weekend and dinner the rest of the week. I took my parents but I think nice with friends too. Sort of English quality food restaurant, but the food was really good and friendly staff. For nice sunny days they have sort of safari tents outside!
