Boston, MA: The Kendall Hotel
The Kendall Hotel is a boutique hotel in Cambridge near MIT and Harvard built out of an old firehouse. Nice restaurant in the lobby, fresh apples at the check in desk, and good size rooms with interesting decor.

London: The Goring Hotel
Was looking for a hotel last minute in an area near where my friends were staying and found The Goring via Google Maps. They looked to be the cheapest when comparing online though found out that many London hotels have less expensive rooms if you call and ask. All in all, a very nice hotel (with some cool geek toys) though aimed a bit more toward the middle-aged folk.

Copenhagen: Absolut Icebar
The icebar is pretty cool if you've never been to one before. That said, the drinks are expensive and your only options are some premixed sugar with various types of Absolut vodka. If Virgin ran the place it would be much more full of win.
