A great idea, taking a an old Dutch houseboat, and installing a decent pub downstairs, with Oakham ales and a wide range of guest beers.
There's quite often live music at the weekends, and a seating area on land if you start getting seasick - due to the fact the boat slants slightly at it's mooring and it gets worse after 10 pints of real ale.
Upstairs is a really nice Oriental fusion restaurant with some fantastic dishes, great staff, and a really nice atmosphere.
If you're looking for great beer and food in Peterborough, close to the railway station, try the Brewery Tap.
And make it quick as the council wants to replace a pub with Thai food, local beer and a good atmosphere with an extension to the shopping centre.
I recommend Oakham Ales JHB with some Tempura King Prawns...
