  This is recently opened (May 2009) boutique hotel- centrally located in District 1. 42 rooms- 3 star rating - reasonably priced- but be careful about "standard" rooms- may not have exterior windows. Best option are the "deluxe" rooms. Good alternative to usual 5 star "brand name" chain hotels.
