    Pho 24. They are fast food soup joints all over the city. For some reason, they have the best Pho in town. Quite affordable too.

    The best pho in HCMC is found on Pasteur Street: Pho Hoa. I don't have the address, but many cabbies know this place. It's very popular for lunch.

    Pho is good but you can have other choices. There are some kinds of noodles we call "Hủ tiếu Nam Vang" which is also good as Phở. You can find it at "Liến Húa" (located at Võ Văn Tần street, distrcit 3. If you are in Sai Gon you can also try "Cơm tấm" (Broken rice) at these : Mộc, Thuận Kiều.
