An excellent choice for somebody who wants to relax after battling the hectic pace of Caracas with nice drinks is Trasnocho Lounge in Las Mercedes (the city's party district), Baruta Municipality, Eastern Caracas.

One of the classiest and most luxurious restaurants
Oceánico Oyster Bar Restaurant is a provocative and unforgettable choice for a special date with a splendid view of the city. It's a little hassle to get to the restaurant so call them first and ask for precise directions. The view from the mountain is gorgeous and breathtaking.
