Also, you could visit the Parque Del Este (Our own mini version of New York's Central Park). It has a botanic garden, Venezuelan animals on display, a terrarium, an observatory, plenty of sport courts and grassy areas to rest or play. A lot of people go there on weekends since it's a fine place to spend time with family and do other activities like practising martial arts, exercising, dancing, even cheer leading. If you really enjoy nature and physical activity you ought to visit the Avila, the highest mountain located at the very north of Caracas. Venezuelans love to climb the Avila and enjoy the natural spring water that you can drink at one of the highest spots to rest.
