Spokane, WA + Add a trip

I stayed at the Mirabeau Park Hotel in Sullivan, outside of Spokane. It was nice!

I've stayed at the Montvale Hotel 3 times now, and love it. It's Spokane's oldest hotel and it has great 1900's charm. Only a short stroll to the shopping district, near the Davenport Hotel, and across from the Fox Theatre (which plays old silent films on the outdside of the building occassional that you can see if you stay in a room on the north side). Awesome staff, and a nice continental breakfast in the Catacombs restaurant downstairs.

I recommend the Davenport. You won't get a world-class hotel like these at prices this low most anywhere else. Even though I live in Spokane, I visit the Davenport often for the ambience and elegant surroundings.
