The Carrytown area offers some great options for lunch spots - all in a nice walking-friendly 10 block stretch. Getting to Carrytown is easy - take 195 South the the Carry Street Rd. exit, turn left at the exit ramp and you are there. Carrtown is the section of Carry Street Rd between 195 and The Boulevard. Favorites in Carrytown include: Coppolas Deli - just past the famous Byrd Theater. Great Italian-style subs and salads. Ginger Thai - across from the Carrytown Court shopping center, small, modern thai food. Can Can french brasserie - less expensive for lunch than at dinner, options include pannini sandwiches, soups and salads

Just a few blocks east of Carrytown is Robinson Street (running perpendicular to Carry). The corner of Robinson and Hanover is home to Buddys Place - best burger in Richmond
