If you're a vegetarian (or even if you're not) go eat at Sunflower--an all-vegetarian, Asian-inspired restaurant by Seven Corners (technically in Falls Church, not Arlington). Best vegetarian food you'll find anywhere, with delicious sauces and healthy ingredients. I'm not a vegetarian and I love it.
