  If you are staying downtown at most of the hotel locations or sightseeing at the Riverwalk or Market Square , traveling near the King William district, Broadway street or St.Mary Strip there are many free wi-fi connections to access not just with your laptop but smart-phones as well. If you have questions many people who work downtown for the city ,hotels, catherdrals, restaurants, pubs , coffee shops and entertainment centers can help you. I use mine near Blue Star Art Center. But overall there are free internet connections all over the city.
