Bill Thayer replied over 4 years agoThe Church Bar
Seems like its in the middle of nowhere, but The Chuch Bar has great beers on tap. I don't know if that's the real name of it, but its a brewery in an old church.

Steve Meyers replied over 4 years agoThere was one called 'the Altar Bar'. Are we talking about the same deal?

Tanya Ferrell replied over 3 years agoPittsburgh has a lot of great neighborhoods that are worth exploring. Just ask for the main street of Shadyside (higher end retail), Oakland (architecture and univ. campuses), The Strip (old school market district), Downtown (urban retailers and dept stores), Squirell Hill (liberal neighboorhood). You could probably waste an hour in each neighborhood just walking around. Other Pittsburgh musts - the incline, primantis, warhol museum, the point, heinz stadium, pnc park.
