Jim's Steaks http://www.jimssteaksphilly.com get a traditional Cheese steak, grab a drink and head upstairs to people watch.

If you don't mind the food...I'd say any of the numerous lunch-trucks in town. If you'd like something a bit more formal...try any of our great pubs/bars.
