Chill at the Sound Pony

The SoundPony Lounge at 4th and Main (downtown) is home to most of the badass Tulsa indie rock bands and also the choicest place for a Tulsa bicyclist to chill.

The decor is crazy, there's always good music, and the people are cool and the pony dogs are delicious.

Socialize at Shades of Brown

Shades has the best cafe atmosphere in Tulsa. No doubt about it. The coffee is good & the irregular shows are fun. But it's really just a great place to hang out.

Wet Burritos @ El Rio Verde

All burritos are definitely not created equal. El Rio Verde is the only place I've found that can make a burrito like this. Get the 'Wet Burrito' with chicken. You won't regret it!

Just north of 244 on Utica, take the first left into the neighborhood--El Rio Verde is on the right exactly 1 block in...look for a packed gravel parking lot.
