The University has free public WiFi on campus for those using it less then 10 calendar days a month... Otherwise the Public Library has free WiFi indoors and outside in the plaza. Chez Alice Bakery and Panera Bread offer free public Wifi too. Small World Coffee does too, but only for paying customers with a code they give you with your coffee (if you ask for it!).
