The Harris Teeter in SouthPark has several good choices for grab and go lunches at reasonable prices (especially for SouthPark). They have a hot bar, salad bar, sushi, deli station, and pizza/pasta station. You can get a good lunch there for between $4 and $8.

The Common Market has great and inexpensive sandwiches. I like the vibe of the Commonwealth Avenue location better, but good food is also found (along with great beer and wine) at their South End location (S Tryon and Camden Rd). The South End location also has a really great patio.
