Ian Pointer replied over 3 years agoMost of Franklin Street is covered by the Town of Chapel Hill free wireless network. If you hop across the border to Carrboro, you can get a free connection on Carr Mill Lawn (wonderful in the summer), plus Padgett Station or Open Eye Café if you want to be indoors.
