    Dewey's Pizza

Great Pizza and Salads. The friendly and attentive staff help guide you through the extensive menu. Custom made pizzas are encouraged for those who want to stray from the house specialties or those that want to try two at the same time (half and half). The kitchen is behind a glass wall, so customers can watch pizza dough being tossed in the air as they wait for their meal.

Not your everyday dinner... Peruvian cuisine

For a really good and homely meal with a difference, try Mango. My family took me to this place when I was there and we all loved this family-run establishment. The seafood (trout and seafood ceviche) were excellent and dessert (flan and chocolate cake) made for a good finish.

The owners are British expats who often park an Aston martin out front. Real tea, scones, croque-monsieur, and some other tasty things.

This place has great coffee and various savory crepes, as well as dessert crepes (also waffles with Nutella.. yum). The owner is super friendly and often greets people at the door. Art changes on the walls every month and the outdoor patio is stellar.

Schlafly is a family friendly brewery and restaurant with a fantastic selection of beers with an equally impressive menu. The menu reflects their eco-consciousness, featuring local grown/raised ingredients, and a respectable vegetarian selection. As for the beer, they have a wide variety of year-round and seasonal taps. If you're a fan of craft beer, Schlafly will not disappoint. (If you're a fan of cask conditioned beer, they usually have anywhere from 1 - 3 to choose from at their downtown location, the Schlafly Tap Room).

The place in St. Louis for live Irish music. The original bar room is the real thing. The beer garden attracts the young and the yuppie. Don't care for it myself. Pretty good pub food.

Charming Art Deco architecture, a former car showroom turned ice creamery. This restaurant serves light luncheon/dinner fare and uses fresh ingredients for their products. Delightful experience and great food for a reasonable price. A must-try on your visit to St. Louis!

This restaurant serves traditional crêpes, savory or sweet, stuffed with enticingly fresh combinations for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dessert. Over forty different crêpes are offered ~ displayed on the charmingly colorful chalkboard menu ~ from French inspired delights to their own unique St. Louis offerings. Crêpes are made with white or 100% organic buckwheat flour and created right behind the counter so customers can watch them being prepared. There are other treats for those not in the mood for crêpes: pastries, quiches, sandwiches, soups, salads, rich coffees, espressos, teas and smoothies.
