This place is an urban oasis with disturbing artwork and a great outdoor patio bar. They sometimes have popsicles on the bar menu. Rooms are small-ish but efficient and comfy beds. check out the gift shop before you leave.

Right next to the Seagate factory. Physical facilities are ok. Laundry service got my clothes back in the evening, nice turnaround. Takes half a dozen rings for them to answer the phone. Breakfast buffet is greasy and overcooked. The internet connection is wireless, and it sucks. Each of the dozens of APs have their own ESSID, and the signal strength is poor at best, provided by some outfit called "e-comm.com". I finally gave up on it. The Aeron chair is a nice touch, but the desk is not really meant to be used, it's more like a wide end table.

Karmen Mallow replied over 3 years agoExcellent and cheap place to stay. The Inn is close to the University and Dinkytown. Rooms include a kitchenette and full size fridge. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast included, but is sparse (pastry and a small can of juice.)

Jess Zimbabwe replied over 3 years agoSomewhat office-like hallways and rooms, but neat and and spic-and-span, with niceties like a loaded magazine rack in your room, a cute little pool, good toiletries, and friendly staff. A little farther from the hubub of downtown than most hotels.
