I recommend Bethlehem Baptist Church, especially their downtown campus. Their pastor is a well-known Christian author but it's still a very welcoming group of people. I noticed they provide sign language interpretation as well, at least for the Sunday morning service I visited.

Another nice thing--they offer the closest parking to first-time visitors (as well as the handicapped and the elderly), which is a relief if you've been walking around a lot, say at the Mall of America.
