    A typical Vietnamese noodle joint like you'd find in NYC or San Francisco, Fusion Cafe features all the usual dishes (pho, goi cuon, various tropical drinks) with a side menu from New Orleans. Former New Orleanean residents, they serve up New Orleans style PoBoys and Gumbo available occasionally, the family-owned restaurant also offers Crawfish Boil during Mardi Gras.
