You can get a good lunch nearly anywhere in downtown Lawrence for under $10, so it's hard to go wrong. For a super cheap lunch, though, it's hard to beat the rice bowls at La Parrilla (http://www.lawrence.com/places/la_parrilla/) -- $5 gets you a big bowl of rice with pork, steak, chicken, or tofu, along with a bunch of chips.
