This is a great place to stay. Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, IL, the Ave is steps away from Michigan Avenue’s “Magnificent Mile” offering ultimated world-class shopping, dining, arts and entertainment.

Cosy and comfortable, and a great option if you want to get out of the usual tourist/financial district and be among the entertainment options of northern neighbourhoods.

Horrible overly-big hotel but the room is nice - well decorated, reasonably quiet with decent TV and good views over the river. Appalling amount of additional charges though.

This is a so called vintage hotel. So everything is basically ok, but there is certain "charm" that doesn't suit everybody. Including me. Not going to stay there again.

The only hotel in downtown Chicago that offers free guest parking!

Stay here, you'll love it.
