david reeves replied over 3 years agoFree wifi is available at downtown coffee shops -- either Dawson's or Thomas Hammer is a good bet; they're right across the street from each other, near the state house.

Tim Houghton replied over 3 years agoThe Flying M Coffeehouse is good. It is downtown on the corner of 5th and Idaho. One of my favorites because it has a more offbeat crowd, and a lot of charm. Also there are places in Hyde Park, BSU Student Union, and Moxie Java by Boise Towne Square Mall.
