Walk around the Historic District & River Street. That can take a day or so by itself. There are a ton of historic houses that have tours, and then in the evenings the walking tours (ghost tours) are fun and informative.

there is also a great foodie tour which is worth it as well.

On another note, you can also make your way down towards Tybee Island. Besides the Island on the way out there, I'd recommend 2 stops: 1 is Oatland Wildlife Preserve and the other is Fort Pulaski National Monument.
