  Authentic and very tasty Peruvian food. I had the Arroz con Pollo, a perfectly roasted half-chicken -- delicious. My wife went with Pollo en Spiral, a chicken breast stuffed with shrimp, spinach and more -- also delicious. But the real stand-out was the Bananas Foster. Truly sensational. Bananas sauteed in caramel sauce, then flambeed in dark rum and creme de banana and served over vanilla ice cream. This is in contention with the salted caramel ice cream from San Francisco's Bi-Rite Creamery for the best dessert I've ever had!
