    The Earl of Sandwich

This is one of the best and cheapest sandwich shops in downtown Disney. Their breads are oven fresh. Try their TBM sandwich.

Fine Dining with a View of the City

Manuel's on the 28th is located in Downtown Orlando on the top floor of the Bank of America Building. The menu is outstanding and the floor to ceiling glass windows offers an incredible view of the city. This is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or the successful close of a big business deal.

Reservations are recommended and can be made through Open Table. Jackets are preferred and denim is not allowed.

    Excellent No Frills Tex-Mex

Paco's is what has to be the oldest Tex-Mex Restaurant in the Orlando area. Located away from the hipper areas of Winter Park and far from the touristy areas of Orlando in a nondescript block building on Fairbanks. The place is never the less always busy. While not fancy at all, the food consistently delivers and at a reasonable price. The wait staff are nice and the service is good.

Season's 52 is fantastic (on Sand Lake) as is Park Plaza Gardens (in Winter Park, just north of Downtown Orlando). If you have a sweet tooth, and are in the I-Drive area, check out the Diner at the Peabody - great desserts.

Earl of Sandwich, Rainforest Cafe, Fultons Crabhouse or Planet Hollywood in Downtown Disney, Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville, NBA Cafe, NASCAR Cafe, or Emeril's Restaurant in Universal's City Walk. Those are all a bit upscale and "themed". If you're looking for something more relaxed you can try just a normal TGI Fridays, Maggianos Little Italy, Benihana or something on I-4 or International Drive.

Excellent food and great, friendly table service. Great for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Right next to the Stonewood Bar and Grill, which is also equally excellent.

Excellent service here and great for a relaxed dinner. The dessert part of the service is the best part – really personal and fun. Everything on the menu is less that 475 calories, so if you're watching your diet, this is a great place to go.

Dinner and a show + the best burger (Hickory Burger) ever had. Good atmosphere, even though the "run-down joint" was literally painted on the walls... try their own brew (and keep the glass).
