  It depends on your specific taste and what you are looking for out of South Beach, but as a local I would say a well spent Saturday afternoon would be at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden where they often have open art galleries and other creative functions and later going down to the Jewish Museum on 3rd and Washington Ave. Finish off the afternoon with a carmel or chocolate churro from Manolo's on the corner of 7th and Washington.
