Key West, FL + Add a trip

A great place to stay whilst at Key West. Great rooms with balconies overlooking the sea towards Tank Island where the hotel have villas for rent and a restaurant to die for. Take a meal in the evening to experience the spectacular sunset and see the fish swimming around the underwater lights on the jetty!

We love Key West and the rest of the Keys so much that we try to travel there as often as possible. When we're not there, we try to create that carefree atmosphere as much aspossible at home. We usually rent a house on the beach in Cudjoe Key and drive into Key West for events such as the Hemingway-Look-Alike Contest (which my huband entered this year) and Fantasy Fest (Whoo-boy).

The food is great and we try our best to cook at eat at home like we do in the Keys. We also love the history and have not made it to all the historical sites, even after three visits. And you MUST fly in a seaplane to the Dry Tortugas!!
