Spend your entire visit at the beach

Visited in December, and still couldn't help but jump into the ocean.

San Marco is a very nice area with cute boutique stores and great dining options. The beaches are also a good way to spend a nice day in the area. If you like shopping, the St. Johns Town Center is a fabulous spot!

Seven Bridges in Southside is a nice spot, great microbrew beer and good food. They have a sister restaurant on the beach called Ragtime, which is also very good. Bistro AIX in San Marco is amazing and don't miss Metro Diner in that area for breakfast!

The Cummer Museum is a little gem of a museum with gorgeeous gardens on the St. Johns River. It houses a a fine, albeit small, collection.of a nice variety of art, along with an excellent educational wing, Art Connections,.all worth your time and effort.

St. Augustine is the oldest city in the United States and is a short drive south of Jacksonville. The Spanish Quarter has many shops and restaurants. There is alot to do and see in St. Augustine.
