The Jones Eastside is a simple little cafe which is open for breakfast and lunch. For a quick not too expensive lunch with a good beer selection this is a great option. The people are nice, there are a lot of hipsters, especially retired hipsters and the location is conveniently out of the way of the main crowd.

El Indio on NW 34th Street. They are known for their mexican and particular their veggie burrito. But the best kept secret is you can get a great double burger, french fries and Malt for just under $5

Mac's Drive Thru is terrific if you like awesome burgers that are not from a chair fast food restaurant. They are only open on weekdays until 7pm.
