What a gem of a place. 100 rooms, corridors which lead everywhere and nowhere and every room crammed with objects for sale: from the curious to the worthless. A stay here can be simultaneously both surreal and unnerving. Just don't drop any LSD. I once met Frank Zappa while staying here. We made breakfast together in one of the shared kitchens.
