    Whether in daylight or at night I most enjoy the FDR Memorial around the Tidal Basin. Sadly, the last few years the maintenance hasn't been great, but it is tactile, kinesthetic, visual as well as both performance art & visual art all wrapped up in FDR's many terms as POTUS.
