I'm coming into Denver this week. It looks like all the rental counters require a shuttle to get to them. Are there any closer to the airport than others, or which don't require a shuttle ride? Thanks.

Thomas Hillman replied about 1 year agoThis is a very large but cozy bookstore with a nice cafe in the LoDo area of downtown. Makes for a welcome relief from the ubiquitous Starbucks on every corner.

Ruth Stewart replied about 1 year agoThis was the most amazing museum. Worth every penny and more. Plan to stay at least 3-4 hours and attending a planetarium show. The wildlife displays are worth looking at over and over, as is the rock and gem display. This was such a wonderful place to take my 2 year old. The only complaint was we ate in the bistro not the cafe and the food was not very good. Bread in every sandwich was very dry and it was very expensive, most people seemed to bring there own sandwiches. If I lived here I would have a membership!

Ruth Stewart replied about 1 year agoI came to Denver for the first time and really wanted to go to the Denver Mint, but was disappointed to find out you HAVE to have reservations. The tours are free but booking in advance is a must and easy to do online from what I could see. So give it a try, I know I will next time I am here.
