For groceries, we find ourselves at India Cash and Carry all the time for the excellent selection of spices, beans, and Indian food. Another favorite stop is 99 Ranch, which technically is about 50ft outside of Sunnyvale. 99 Ranch has everything you need for Asian cooking, and it's quite a cultural experience.

There's a farmer's market on Wednesday night and Saturday morning on Murphy Street in Sunnyvale. It's probably the best place for fresh produce.
