The Wine Cellar is the ultimate private dining venue perfect for intimate receptions, smaller group events and catered functions for up to 50 people. The Wine Cellar features 100 year old, French, pavéd flooring and stone walls creating a "cellar-like" ambiance. The cellar has an authentic feel with mahogany & custom iron furnishings, an oval wooden tasting table, intimate private dining area, and an extensive wine inventory of over 17,000 bottles from around the world.

Centrally located in downtown Sacramento, Grange restaurant mirrors the classic and eclectic atmosphere of the Citizen Hotel. From the grand, two-story wine vault, to the intimate bar and lounge, Grange offers a unique experience to satisfy the mélange of citizens who visit both hotel and restaurant.

The two-story space combines elements from the building's rich history with surprising and urbane, loft-like, aesthetic treatments such as exposed beams and concrete columns. Semi-private booths and the very private Citizen Room peer down from the mezzanine to the main dining room, wine room, and glassed-in atrium.
