    The Greens Hotel offers free wifi. You don't even have to be a guest they allow you to chill in their courtyard. Pretty Awsome!

    Naked Lounge on 15th and Q, Temple Coffee on 10th and J, and most other coffee shops will let you sit out in front or out in the courtyard and use the WiFi for no extra charge.
