The Main Library at Middlefield and Main St. has free, fast wireless. They have cafe tables outside on the front sidewalk. You can also bring coffee and food into the library, which makes it like a great, free, internet cafe.

There's also free wifi in several of the businesses around downtown and Sequoia Station including Les Boulanger (on Broadway), Peet's (by Caltrain), Safeway (by Caltrain) and Whole Foods (across El Camino Real from Safeway).
