Oakland, CA + Add a trip

Hey today I am saying my great experience with Days Hotel Oakland hotel. It is just two miles from Oakland International Airport. It was an excellent lodging experience like newly-remodeled guest rooms, a hotel restaurant and easy access to amazing California attractions. It was full of joy.

IF you are renting a car, I find the Marina Village Inn on Alameda island (through the tube from Oakland) is a decent cheap hotel (less than $100). Best rates are snagged by booking ahead on their own website. Not at all fancy, but clean rooms (some with aged AC units, some without tubs) and a quick bowl of cereal/bagel/apple/toast/juice before heading out. Heading out by car - they are only a few miles from downtown Oakland, but totally off the transit grid.
