1. Go to downtown Palo Alto (next door); don't hang out in Menlo Park 2. Go to Kepler's (best book store in the area) 3. Have coffee at Borrone's (next to Kepler's) 4. Go the the Dutch Goose (an acquired taste... a beer and sports joint)
