Frank Garofalo replied about 1 year agoI stayed here and was not impressed. One morning when I woke up to get ready for the conference I was attending, dirty water had backed up from the shower drain into the shower. Originally the front desk didn't want to send someone up to fix it until after 9am because they didn't want to disturb the other guests. I told them that was unacceptable because I needed to get ready for my conference breakout sessions. It wasn't until after I spoke with the manager that they offered me something to compensate the inconvenience. Next year when I attend the same conference in LA (again), I will NOT stay at the Wilshire Grand.
