Taste of Asia, authentic Sichuan food in Lake Forest

Small place (seats about 50?), recently opened, full of Chinese people who have gotten the word that real Sichuan food can finally be had in Orange County. Intestine, frog, and other Sichuan specialties are highlighted (and unabashedly listed in English, as well as in Chinese characters). And in true informal Chengdu style, there's a refrigerated case displaying appetizers not listed on the menu. Just point to what looks good and you'll receive a place piled high with it. Amazingly good food; impressed my Sichuan friend who took me there. I can recommend the Lamb with Cumin, and the Diced Chicken with Chiles; Frog Dry Pot was not my thing, but my friend liked it quite a bit.

This tip has the address "Not in Irvine, but nearby: 22371 El Toro Rd. #A, Lake Forest, CA 92630 (in the Sycamore Plaza, behind the WaMu bank)"
