At 50 kopeks (5 pence/10 US cents) per journey, it costs practically nothing yet is really reliable. Trains come every couple of minutes and travel at a fast pace. While it can be hot, humid and busy in the evening rush hour, it's still much better than travelling on the London Underground. That, and it avoids Kiev's streets, where the driving is often hairy and the roads are gridlocked at rush hour.

Wonderful Italian restaurant with delicious home pasta and delicate sauces. Patio is a must during the day to relax. Reservations for patio is recommened b/c it is popular.
