Last time, after arriving in Dar, I had dinner at Mlimani City Shopping Mall, next to the University - it is good for low budget travels and expert travellers. One of the nicest restaurants that I found in Dar Es Salaam is the City Garden, corner of Pamba Rd. & Garden St., Kivukoni... very tasty!
