Kaan Bora Soran replied over 3 years agoSet Balık Lokantası (Set Fish Restaurant) in Kireçburnu, Sarıyer.
The fish is always fresh and the service is impeccable. The prices are very reasonable. If you are going for a weekend night, make a reservation at least a day in advance. The place is usually packed. Talk to your waiter about the specials of the day and they will serve you well. One thing about this restaurant is, it is strictly cash only, so make sure that you have enough with you.

Tay Feder replied over 3 years agoDeveli serves an excellent traditional Turkish meal. They feed you immediately and keep bringing you food until you order Kebap. Take what you want, and leave what you don't like. Don't fill up too fast, so you have room for desert! I had a great 4 hour dinner with 2 friends. They have a few locations, see http://develikebap.com/eng/
