  The food in İstanbul is not outstanding in general but there are outstanding places which need to be discovered!

  And never trust a travel guide, there are only touristic locations: Low quality and high prices. You can try Çiya at Kadıköy for Anatolian traditional dinner and Fatih Karadeniz Pidecisi for Pide.

  And don't forget to explore Hagia Sophia with more attention, there are newly discovered Seraphim paintings.
