You can visit Tarihi Asansör in Dario Moreno Sokak (Street) in Guzelyali which is a great restaurant that you can see the most of the city with a good view, especially at night.

As soon as u land, whoever takes u from the airport, tell him to go to TEXMEX(Mexican) or KOSEBASI(Turkish) on the motorway to central...It has beautiful İzmir view and quality/clean/smiley service.Specially in the night it is georgeous!! :))
