Dee Edwards replied over 3 years agoChiang Mai has had a plethora of boutique hotels spring up in the last few years, probably far too many for the demand.
One of the originals that inspired this trend and definitely one of the most expensive is Angelina Jolie's favourite, Rachamanka.
