Harold Broese replied over 4 years agoApplying for China visas in Vladivostok - a little bit of a hassle
The office is only open from 9.30 to 12.30 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 30 Day single entry costs 900 Roubles, and is ready in 5 days. Visas can also be processed in 1 or 3 days, same day service costs an additional 900 Roubles. Most days there is a long queue outside, so it's a good idea to turn up early. Also the queue is outside, so dress warmly if you are there in winter.
Bring with you: Visa form (not available at the office, except in electronic form - of course they can't print it for you) Passport Passport photo Photocopy of your passport photo page, and Russian visa page Photocopy of your Russian registration documents
Buses 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 81 all run past the consular office from Vladivostok train station. Get off at the stop after the large railway bridge.
