I'd rather say it is more a place to drink and meet some beautyful St.Petes women - inexpensive and enormous cocktail rard with no food to eat. You're gonna get easily drunk for 30 USD. Try out local "Kill a zombie" to kill a zombie and Dry Martini which is top knotch!

It's not exactly a place to eat, it's rather a place to drink ('cause it's a bar) in the centre of Saint Petersburg in an informal atmosphere, being surrounded by a lot of young people.

At this small buffet restaurant you can eat as much vegetarian food as you can for a price of about $10. The quality of the food is not really of restaurant level, but still quite admissible.
